VN Core v0.8.0 — Health-checkup data restructuring per Decision 2062/QĐ-BYT + post-audit hardening (breaking)
v0.8.0 is a breaking minor release: the 17 Decision 1551/QĐ-BYT health-checkup forms are retired and replaced by three age-group forms (<6/6–18/≥18) plus a mental-health form (Circular 25/2026/TT-BYT); DOI_TUONG grows 14→16 codes; transport envelopes follow Decision 2062/QĐ-BYT Appendix 02/03; the release also hardens defects found by the independent Codex audit. v0.7.0 is frozen as published. Scope: 74 profiles, 153 CodeSystems, 156 ValueSets.

VN Core v0.6.1 — Completing BHYT output-data standardization per Decision 3176/QĐ-BYT: full 16-appendix coverage
v0.6.1 is a BHYT-focused patch: 100% coverage of all 16 appendix tables of Decision 3176/QĐ-BYT at the logical-model layer (adding referral, follow-up appointment and tuberculosis-management tables), four closed-enum code systems with a gender ConceptMap, five financial/clinical carrier extensions, corrected and expanded financial-formula validation rules, and round-trip export of gender codes 1/2/3 as regulated.
